Team Results
The club has had teams out and about at the Area Dressage & Showjumping Shows. The great news is that the Dressage Team 1, which consisted of Bryony Ross, Gillian Turnbull, Morag Smart & Kelly Welsh, came 2nd in the Novice Dressage area qualifier and they have now qualified for the National Championships which are held in the Autumn. Congratulations to the team, this is a great achievement.

Good Luck to Susan Campbell
Susan Campbell, a previous committee member has sold up, lock, stock and barrel and moved to the Orkney Islands taking her entire entourage of 2 and 4 legged friends with her, which included amongst all things, - an Ostrich!! Susan was a club member for many years and we wish her, and her family all the best in their new life.
Here are a few photos that Susan has sent us from Orkney
Riding on the Roads

**The Code will forbid riding two horses abreast on narrow and busy roads and when riding around bends. It will also exclude horses from all cycle tracks**.
There can be many valid reasons for riding two abreast: groups of riders, nervous horses, novice riders, and defensive riding on winding country lanes where there is insufficient room for a car to pass a single horse safely.
Members successes
Many of our members have been out competing this year, below are just the members successes we have heard about, we are sure there are many, many more, if so please let us know and we will give you a special mention on the website.
